Ingredients

Aromakaura perfumes are NOT for consumption. Our products are cruelty-free: we do not test our products on animals. We make our products without phthalates, parabens, glycols, or petrochemicals.  All perfumes, anointing and body oils by Aromakaura use some combination of organic fractionated coconut oil, jojoba oil, watermelon seed oil, baobab oil, maracuja oil, and MAY contain Vitamin E, Dipropylene Glycol (DPG), along with a combination of essential oils, fragrance oils, nature-derived ingredients, natural isolates, absolutes, aroma molecules and extracts. Aromakaura strives to use aroma materials and products from suppliers that aim to minimize/eliminate the addition of parabens & phthalates. In addition, your perfume may contain natural plant materials (sage, flower petals, herbs) and gem/precious stones.  Please send an email to connect@soulsistarmystique.com  if you have any questions about an ingredient.


Operations

The products sold here are created by Aromakaura, founded by L’lia ‘Tizzle’ Thomas. We sell our products on our website and do not have a retail store. Aromakaura is sold in stores, farmer’s markets and shipped directly to your home or business. We are not a bulk supplier of essential oils, absolutes or isolates, and do not provide MSDS or COA documents. Contact L’lia at connect@soulsistarmystique.com.

Aromakaura shall not be liable for any special or consequential damages that result from the use of this website or the use or misuse of our products, even if Aromakaura has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Safety

The user is solely responsible for the safe use of our products. We assume no responsibility or liability for any claims arising out of the use or misuse of our products. Please keep our products out of the reach of children. If you are pregnant or nursing, have heart disease, epilepsy, high blood pressure, diabetes, or any other medical condition that can be affected by essential oils or fragrances, please seek the advice of a health professional before using our products. We recommend testing our perfumes on a small area of skin to check for any possible allergic reactions. Apply a small amount to the skin on your inner arm. If redness, burning, itching or irritation occurs, stop using the product immediately and wash with soap and water to clean the affected area.

Packaging

Aromakaura is conscious of the environment and we reuse clean shipping boxes when possible as well as packing materials received from our suppliers.  We do our best to use packaging that is recyclable and/or compostable.  We request that you reuse or recycle any of the packaging sent to you. We're all in this together and appreciate your help!

Shipping & Returns/Exchanges

No Returns or Exchanges

All sales are final.  

For product safety reasons we cannot accept returns or exchanges.  


I encourage you to try sample sizes of our collection or to start with smaller sizes before committing to a larger size of your product of choice.

For products purchased at a retailer, please refer to the retailer’s return policy.  

Unopened domestic packages marked 'Return To Sender' will be refunded, with the cost of shipping deducted. 

International packages refused at customs will not be refunded.

Shipping Processing Time

The timeframe I need to prepare an order for shipping varies. As a current one-woman team, I aim to ship all items within 10 business days. Ultimately, my goal is to ship sooner than that.  I am grateful for your understanding and patience as Aromakaura grows and expands. Tracking information will be sent as soon as your order is ready. 

Shipping Costs

During the checkout process, we list your shipping options and costs, which depend on your location and order contents. We ship your order within 10 business days from receipt.

Customs & Import Taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I am not responsible for delays due to customs.
